Unable to login to back office

In the event that you are not able to login, you can always use the "Forgot Password" functionality. In order to do so, follow these steps:

  • Visit www.ordyx.com
  • Click on the Login link
  • Click on the "Forgot Password?" link
  • Enter your username
  • Press the "Reset Password" button

After following the steps above, an email will be sent to your inbox or your junkbox which will provide you with a temporary password. The first time you login with the temporary password, Ordyx will prompt you to modify it.

 

For security reasons, Ordyx personnel is not able to view or modify your password.
