Reset Password (Back Office)

To reset a back office password, you will click the link 'Forgot your password?' below the login button on the login page. You will be prompted to submit your email address to reset password. Once entered, you will receive a temporary password to your email in which you will need to return to the login page and log in using the temporary password provided. Once in, you will be instructed to change your password from here. You will enter the temporary password as the current password and create a new password in the second field and reenter the new password in the third confirmation field. Once completed your password is reset. This is also the process to change your password as well.
