Question or Problem: Menu changes when store goes live.
Solution:
Before the store goes live and 2 weeks after the store is live, the store will not be able to make menu changes since Ordyx is still responsible for making menu changes for that store.
We can also give the Auditor role after you have received Back Office training, which will allow you to view reports and settings but still not make any changes.
Two weeks after the store going live, you will get the Back Office role. If you would like more people to have Back Office access, support can show you how to assign that to other staff members, but support is not allowed to grant anyone the Back Office role before the allotted time frame.
