"System Locked" Error Message

Question or Problem: A user is attempting to log into Tonic and receives the "System Locked" Error Message.

Equipment or Software affected: Duplicated login attempt.

Solution:

When a user receives the error message "System Locked" when attempting to log into Tonic,  they are logged in on another terminal at the same store.

They need to log out of all terminals and try again.

If login out in all terminals does not work, they will need to restart all of them.

If cant accomplish task, customer service will create a ticket for follow up, follow up between 8-9 pm can take 30 minutes all other calls not related to closing issues will be called on the next business day.
