Error: Wrong Payment Handler

Error: Wrong Payment Handler

When receiving the Wrong Payment Handler error, the payment handler terminal must be restarted. A call to support must be made to determine the payment handler. Support can identify the payment handler by viewing the terminal list ( setup / terminals) and noting the terminal with the star (asterisk) next to the terminal's name (See diagram below). This would be the terminal you will have your customer restart on their end.
