Close Batch Return False Error
When receiving this error, generally the terminal had a communication problem and we did not get the acknowledgement of the tip adjustment. First verify the network has internet. After have customer use the "View Batch" option for the payment terminal located at the bottom of the page where you would close the Payment terminal on a regular closing procedure. When they do so, it shows them a report of all the payments in EMV terminal and it adds that information to the Ordyx log. We should then download the log and compare the payments and tips in the EMV device to those of Ordyx. If the tip is off, we should adjust again before closing the terminal.
