Batch Not Found

Question or Problem: A user attempts to take a credit card payment and receives the error "Batch Not Found"

Equipment or Software affected: Terminal malfunction

Solution:

Steps:

  • Go to Batch.

  • Click on Open Store.

  • If the user receives the message "Store is already open", press on "OK"

  • Try running the payment again, and then it should go through.

 

The reason this error message happens is most likely a network issue occured when opening the store for the day. The store opened on Ordyx's side but a batch was not started.

Pressing "Open Store", even though the store is already open, will make the system go through the process of opening the store again thus opening a new batch.
