Gift Card Error: No Customer Found
When customers have are receiving the error No customer found after they have already activated a gift card, verify the setting 'Card Track Search Method' located under the customer tab then settings. It should be set to the setting below.
This will allow your customer terminal to read the gift cards they setup.
If cant accomplish task, customer service will create a ticket for follow up, follow up between 8-9 pm can take 30 minutes all other calls not related to closing issues will be called on the next business day.
