Question or Problem: You attempt to take a credit card payment and receive the error "Batch Not Found"
Go to Admin.
Click on Open Store.
If the user receives the message "Store is already open", press on "OK."
Try running the payment again, and then it should go through.
This error message is typically caused by a network issue that occurred while opening the store for the day. The store opened on Ordyx's side but a batch was not started.
Pressing "Open Store", even though the store is already open, will make the system go through the process of opening the store again thus opening a new batch.
