Batch Not Found (Public)

Batch Not Found (Public)

Question or Problem: You attempt to take a credit card payment and receive the error "Batch Not Found"

Equipment or Software affected: Terminal malfunction/ Network reliability

Solution:

  • Go to Admin.

  • Click on Open Store.

  • If the user receives the message "Store is already open", press on "OK."

  • Try running the payment again, and then it should go through.

This error message is typically caused by a network issue that occurred while opening the store for the day. The store opened on Ordyx's side but a batch was not started.

Pressing "Open Store", even though the store is already open, will make the system go through the process of opening the store again thus opening a new batch.
