Disabling a Terminal (Public)

If the terminal is online, you need to:

  1. Login to the FOH terminal
  2. Go to Admin
  3. Click the Disable Terminal button
  4. If you don't see this button, please contact Support to get this permission added for managers
 If the terminal is offline and you don't have time to troubleshoot, you will need to fully turn off the terminal and unplug the power cable. Once this is done, contact support for them to disable the terminal.
