Winerest application needs to run on each terminal for the integration to work. Winrest only works on Windows. If the store wants to use a not Windows device then we need to get the IP for the Windows machine and assign this to the terminal that is not windows. This can be done by DOD.
Database Host: This is the IP of the Database server
Database username: Username assigned to the server
Database password: Server’s password
Host: Terminal that hosts the database
Terminal: The terminal that is responsible for retrieving the information from the database. The database is checked every 5 seconds by default.
Prepaid transaction comp name: The comp name that will show within Ordyx for prepaid transactions. (If a customer has a prepaid card once they pour wine the transaction will be comped and closed in Ordyx automatically.)
Service Transaction Comp Name: The comp name that will show when tests are performed (maintance)
Card deposit Item: Name that will show on the system when the customer add a deposit to a prepaid card.
Card Recharge Item: Name that will show on the system when the customer add a deposit to a prepaid or post paid card.
Prepaid Order Type: Order type that will show in pours for prepaid cards.
PostPaid Order Type: Order type that will show in pours for post paid orders
Dummy Customer Account: If they have it enabled it will automatically add a name on the wine emotion card, no need to set it for an existing customer. If it’s disabled customer will need to set this information manually on the customer setup screen.
Customer phone not required: self-explanatory
WineIdea Last Transaction ID: Last pour in WineIdea
