Updating Monthly Fee Credit Card Info

For a number of various reasons, you may wish to switch your monthly charge credit card information with Ordyx. If you would like to change/update this information, you can navigate to:

  1. Back Office
  2. Setup 
  3. Store 
  4. At the bottom of the page you will see "Manage Payment Methods"
  5. A new window will open where the user will have the option to "Add a New Payment Method"
  6. Once selected, the user will have the option to enter Credit Card or Bank Account information
  7. Be sure to hit the "Save" button on the bottom of the page
Only one user can manage the payments at a time (The manage payment methods button will tell you if another user is managing the payment method currently).
