Question or Problem: Customers are not able to tip adjust some orders and receive the error "payment not found."
Solution:
Have user void the payment/s and items on these orders that they are getting the "payment not found" error.
They need to do this so that they will be able to close the store at the end of the day.
They will have to follow up and call their processor to get the credit card numbers, reenter the orders, and process them to receive the payments.
UNABLE TO TIP ADJUST
If customer receives the UNABLE TO TIP ADJUST error (in all caps) They will need to reach out to their processor and verify that the “in tip menu” option in BrodPOS is selected. Once verified they can provide instructions on tip adjusting from the Payment Terminal (PT).
