Alerts

This section will display all of the text alerts that are being sent to cell phones. They are created in the staff file, but this is one other way to view them. Support only has this section, not the customer. The list shows the name of the employee getting the alert, the type of alert, where it is being sent to, if it is being CC’d to anyone, the SMS and if it is active. Inside the alert profile, everything can be adjusted except the type of alert it is.
