POSBank A10 Network/WiFi Setup

The following steps will help you configure a POSBank A10 to work with Ordyx.

1. Start by having the customer connect the printer to the network on which Ordyx is located. This must be via ethernet cable.

2. Have the customer power on and reset the network card. This reset button is located on the back of the printer, near where the network cables plug in. Hold this button in for five seconds, and the device will print a self test with an IP listed somewhere on the sheet. This is the IP you will use to connect to the device.

3. Remote in to a terminal on the same network.

4. In any internet browser, you can navigate to the settings page by inputting the IP address of the printer that you had previously printed out.

5. Within the settings, you will be able to set a static IP for the printer, or select which WiFi network it will connect to.
