OrdyxDisplay Installation
Install Tonic Display
Version 1.1
To install a second display in Tonic to show the orders, you will need to install TonicDisplay (previously OrdyxDisplay)
First thing that we need to do is configure the second display as a Extend my Windows desktop on this monitor
Go to Display Properties and check that you have a second screen connected, after that, check the option mentioned above
Go to https://secure.tonicpos.com/public/ , find TonicDisplay/win-jre-TonicDisplay-1.0.exe and install it (remember that the version of the TonicDisplay may change)
You should see a blue icon like this on the desktop when the software is installed
Now, go to Back Office, Setup/Terminals and choose the terminal where you installed the screen, then go to Terminal Settings
“Seconday Order Details Tab”, click on Enabled and put the IP + PORT
You can get this information from System Status, sometimes it can show the wrong IP, so you can change it from here, the IP should be the same of the Terminal
