Ordyx Process - Deleting Main Menus and Menu Sections

You as an Ordyx customer can contact Ordyx Support if you need menus or sections of menus deleted. You are able to remove recipes from menus but once you've created a main menu or sub-section of a main menu, you'll have to call Support to have it deleted. The proper protocol for deleting sections is as follows:

1. Please rename the menu to "DELETE"
2. If it is a sub-section, support staff can go ahead and delete the section.
3. For main menu sections, support will have the menu deleted during business hours. (You can disable the menu so it doesn't affect the store)
4. Follow up with the customer to let them know the requested changes have been made.
