Open Order - negative amount due (Public)

Open Order - negative amount due (Public)

If you're having trouble closing an order because there is a negative balance, follow these steps:
  1. Add an item to the order.
  2. Price adjust the item to the amount showing due.
  3. Tax exempt the item that was just added.
  4. Make sure the amount due section is showing 0.00 and the order should be able to be closed now.
