Integration-Quick Books Online
Quick Books Online Integration
For the QB Online integration you will have to do the following:
1.The customer creates List Items in QB that match the Sales Groups in Ordyx
2.We map the sales groups to the list items in Back Office
3. Make sure they create a customer in QB with the same name as the new QB export file from back office
4.We remote into the customer’s computer to make sure they have the list and the QB user
5. Contact Development to enable QB online setting, ask customer connect to QB:
6. Ask customer what date they want to start the export.
7. Ask development to change the batch id to the date provided by the customer
8. Perform the sync.
Make sure to send the QB setup email to the customer.
