Menu Drive Integration


For this integration we will need the following from the customer:


LoginID
TransactionKey
Version
LocationID
Load ahead (minutes)
Delivery Load ahead (minutes)


From Development:
Development is going to change the marketplace so the customer can configure the above settings themselves and that will automatically create the user with the correct role.

This integration has a monthly fee of $19.99 Plus $9.99 of customer accounts if they do not have it.

There is also going to be information that needs to be given to Menu Drive from the customer. In order to build the menu in their system, they need the customer to send them a CSV of their menus, recipes and preparation choices. These items need to come from your back office. The reason for this is in order for the orders to make it to your store, the names of everything in your menu need to match the menu in Ordyx exactly, same spelling, characters, spaces, EVERYTHING! You can provide this info to Menu Drive by going into your back office and selecting Menu. From there, you will find a button under the Menu header that says CSV with an arrow. Click that CSV button and it will download the CSV file that needs to be provided to Menu Drive. If any changes are made in back office you will need to either call MenuDrive or login yourself to MenuDrive and make the changes. Everything needs to be EXACTLY how it is in Ordyx.
