Gift Cards
There are three different ways to set up a gift card for a customer to purchase: Gift, External Gift and Deposit. In all cases, the gift cards can be comped once on the open order screen.
Gift Card Reports
A customer can check their Gift card balance by going to the Back Office, click on Customers, Analyze, Balance and click on Display. It will show the number of the Gift Card, customer since and the Balance the Gift Card have. You also have the option to check the balance on the terminal (FOH) by choosing the gift option and balance button then choosing the number field and swiping the card once the prompt appears.
