DC Direct Operating Hours
When a DataCap Direct customer has problems with a device and/or transactions, they/or their ISO need to contact DC Direct.
Standard operating hours (Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:30PM EST)
Outside of that window, they can use After-Hours Support function to issue a ticket and request a callback from the support team.

When we have calls from In The Game stores (except Liberty Center location 1462) reporting credit card issues we need to contact DataCap - their processor.
Tonic is a Datacap partner and can contact support by emailing
support@dcap.com or by calling their offices at 215-997-8989.
Their hours are from 8:30 to 5:30 EST, all after hours request will be taken care on the next business day.
If we have an issue after the business hours we will need to access www.dsipscs.com enter the credentials below.

Once in we will click on Off-hours Tech Support, we will create a ticket, describe the issue and add a phone number to receive a call back. They will be calling us back in 10 or 15 minutes.
Every ticket we open will cost to the customer $125.00
