Promotions:
In Back Office Ordyx allows users to create promotions offered at their store. For example, they can create a Beer or Wine club, a Meat Lovers club, etc. In Back Office, the Promotions sections under customer accounts enables the user to create a promotion. You can set the items included in the promotion, set the start/end date, and the points earned. The points will apply to stores utlizing the loyalty program. They can choose to set a certain amount of points to encourage consumers to purchase items featured in the promotion. This section also allows the user to track the data and determine if the promotion is repeatable each quarter or year. This saves the user time and effort if they want to keep an ongoing promotion for seasons to come. The Auto Enroll option enrolls all new customers automatically to promotions. This can be enabled or disabled depending on the user's preferences. The Promotions tab also includes the ability to add levels to each promotion. Levels allow for greater rewards to be given out when an end-customer spends money on a promotion. For example, Level 1 could be a free keychain after x amount of points and level 10 could be free beer for life after x amount of points.
