Summary
This report shows customer names, total orders, loyalty points, lifetime loyalty points, the customer's last visit date, the customer account's creation date, and their total spent.

Order History
This report shows the order history for dates or customers of your choosing. The Customer Association By section allows you to pull the order history for just orders that were paid by bill, all orders for a customer, or all of the above.

Not Ordered Since
This report shows the last time that the customer ordered from the store.

Balance
This report shows information on the customer's available balance. (This is the amount that they can still spend)

Loyalty Activity
This report shows information on the loyalty points that a customer has earned.

Loyalty History
This report shows information on the full loyalty history for a customer including the earned points and points they have redeemed.

All Customers
This report shows information about the customers including their address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and card number if there is one linked to the account.

Customer Promotion Enrollment

The Customer Promotion Enrollment report can be filtered by batch dates or by specific dates and times or shifts. The results display all customers that have enrolled in a stores current promotions. The report details which customers joined a Promotion and allows the user to select the hyperlink that redirects them to the promotion section.


Customer Order Complimentary

This report allows the user to see all dates/times when a customer has been issued a complimentary order. This information allows store owners/managers to determine how frequently comps are being used in addition to the staff member who authorized the comp. It also allows the staff a “reason” section where they can add a comment regarding the comped order.


Customer Order Complimentary Summary

Much like the Customer Order Complimentary report, this report also displays the comps that have been applied to customer accounts. This report, however, features fewer details as it is a summary, therefore it lists the name of the customer, the reason for the comp, the number of times it has been applied, the percentage and the total dollar amount of orders comped for any specific customer.

Birthday

The Birthday report in Customer Accounts displays all upcoming customer birthdays. The user can filter results by This Week, Next Week, This Month, and Next Month. The report can also be emailed or exported as a CSV file. For stores interested in treating their customers on their birthdays, this report is an ideal way to keep track and plan ahead.


Customer Activity
This report shows information on a customers spending for your selected date range. It includes the method that they used to pay their orders and if there was any change to the account balance.

Transaction Details
This report shows information on a customers orders for your selected date range. It includes their orders, what type of order it was (pick up, dine in, etc.) and the server that took the order.

Transfers
This report shows information on the transfers between customer accounts.

Deposits
This report shows information on the deposits made for customer accounts. (Money being added to the account)

Balance Due
This report shows information on the current balance that a customer owes the store. Stores can have two possible settings in the regard, pay before or pay after. If the store is using pay before, the end-customer can only spend as much as they have available on their account. Pay after allows the customer to spend over their deposit sum and eventually add a deposit to the account to pay the sum. If the store is using pay after, they will need to reconcile the orders the end-customer "Billed" to their account by associating them to the most recent deposit.

Allowance/Rollover Summary
This report shows information on a customer accounts allowance (the amount they are able to redeem per a given period of time) and rollover (the amount of points that rollover per a given time period if this setting is enabled).
