Comcast Router Communication Problem

If you are having issues with terminals not communicating with our server and not communicating between, If their ISP is Comcast the problem may be that they have something called Smart Packet Detection and it needs to be disabled.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open the command prompt (CMD) and type ipconfig so you can see what the IP of the router is, but usually it's 10.1.10.1

2. Open the browser and type in the IP of the router 

3. Put the credentials in

User: cusadmin

Password: highspeed

4. Click on feature settings

5. Click on Firewall

6. Check disable Smart Packet Detection
