This section will show reports that can be generated.
Attendance Detail
This report will show the user the first and last name, job title, clock in/out date and time, if it was authorized by a manager it will show their name, if it was reconciled by a manager it will show their name, the amount of cash tips received, non cash tips, tip out, reported tip total which is the sum of cash tips, non cash tips and tip out, hourly tips, gross sales, total hours for that day, rate of how much they are making, wages of how much the user made for that day, time the user went on break and it shows it broken down by shift. There is a total for all the shifts in bold at the end of each employee. Regular and Overtime hours are determined by what is entered under Settings.
Attendance Summary
This report is organized by employee name and the job titles that they have. If they have more than one job title, it will list each one and outlines the employees total number of shifts worked as that job title, total cash tips, non cash tips, tip out, reported tip total, gross sales, hours, wages, and break time. At the bottom, it will show a total value for each column and will summarize the total for multiple roles. If the job title that is assigned to the employee does not have the job title box checked under that role, the job title will be blank.
Attendance Statistics
This report will calculate the average hours worked for one day or range of days, average cash tips received, average non cash tips received, average tip out and the average reported tip total. This amount is based on the average tips received.
Attendance by Role
This report outlines the employees total number of shifts worked, total cash tips, non cash tips, tip out, reported tip total, gross sales, overtime, hours, wages, and break time broken up by Job Title. If Job Title is not checked in the role assigned to the employees and the user are not drawing their pay from the role, then this report will just lump them all together like attendance summary.
Time Sheet
This report pulls up the time sheet for one employee at a time. It shows their shifts’ clock in and out date and times, hours, overtime w/rate, total hours and breaks. Then at the bottom of the page are lines for employee signature and date as well as supervisor signature.
Daily Labor Cost
This report can be filtered by custom dates, by batch and by job titles. This report will show the open and close date and time of the establishment, the name of the user who open and closed, how many shifts were performed within that day, the cash and non-cash tips, the hours worked, the wages earned, the net sales and the percentage. The percentage is what percent of the net sales the wages paid out was. There is a bar graph at the top of the page that will show the comparison of wages to net sales. (Clock in time for a shift needs to belong within the Open/Close date or needs to be after previous close date). This does not include overtime because it compares data for the regular hours of an employee.
Hourly Labor Costs
This report shows the same info as the Daily Labor Cost report, but broken down by hours within the days selected. This report will help with managing the performance of shifts. It will reflect times that the shifts might have too much staff on for the amount of sales brought in so that it might be adjusted in the future. There is a bar graph at the top of the page comparing the wages to the net sales.
Paychex Export
When this is selected, this report will export the hours and wages to Paychex for the employees’ payroll.
Summit Export
When this is selected, this report will export the hours and wages to Summit for the employees’ payroll.
Staff List
Give the user a list of all the names of the employees and their start date. This will show the employees that have been terminated.
Staff Hourly Wage
This report will list all the names of the employees along with their job title and hourly wage.
Attendance Current Hours
This report will show the user the hours accumulated by an employee. This will include the first and last name, job title the user clocked in as, how many shifts worked in a day, the regular hours generated, if there is any overtime applied, the total hours (regular hours plus overtime), their calculated wages, and the hours for their break time (if applicable).
