Cash Out Pending

When closing the store an alert shows that a cash-out is pending, this might mean some cash payments have not been accounted for. The following information needs to be reviewed. 

1. In BOH, check Root>Status. This will show what is still pending, like this:

2. Copy one of the Subtotal ID's. Ex: 197539933, go to My Orders>Payments and look for the ID using the Ctrl+F function. Once located, confirm if the payment type was cash and what CD it was processed on. 

3. Confirm in My Orders>Cash Management if the particular CD was cashed in. If not, a store reset is needed to be done by MOD/DOD to resend the cash-in information. Once reset has gone through, the CD will need to be cashed in and out again. MOD/DOD will provide further instructions if needed.
