Alerts


Ordyx enable users to receive notifications via email or text to keep them informed on what is going on in the store with out being on site. To setup alerts you will need to:




1. Find your profile under the staff list and scroll to the section with the alert button and click alerts.




  1. Check the box of the alert you wish to receive and verify the email address is where you want to receive the alerts. Input your cell phone number and choose your phone carrier from the dropdown on the far right labeled Provider if you want to receive text messaged alerts and save. {Save is at the top of the alert window. }


  1. Once saved, selections will turn red and you will receive email confirmation for each alert you checked off. So If you check off 3 alerts you will get 3 separate emails to confirm. Once you confirmed the emails you will begin to be alerted of the task you chose.
